Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Dera Ghazi Khan (BISE DG Khan) announced matriculation exams result in 2016 on July 20th and announced the name of position holders on July 19th one day before the declaration of overall SSC exams results. According to the announced result by the officials of the board, Hasnatur Rehman of Centre of Excellence Government high school No-1 DG Khan secured the first position by obtaining 1086 marks out of a total of 1100 marks. The second position in SSC annual exams 2016 was clinched by Muhammad Hassan of Asif Saleem Boys Higher Secondary School Alipur (Muzaffargarh) who obtained 1084 marks whereas the third position in the exams was clinched by Minhaj Fatima Khan of District Public Girls Higher Secondary School Layyah by obtaining 1083 marks. As per the Controller Examination of BISE DG Khan board, a total of 63693 candidates appeared in the exams while 49094 candidates were declared successful along with the passing percentage of “77.07%”.

Board of intermediate and secondary education, Dera Ghazi Khan (BISE DG Khan) 2015 announced matriculation annual exams result on July 25th, 2015 and announced the name of position holders of the 24th of July. As per the detailed announced result by the officials of the board, the first position in the exams was clinched by Baran Shafqat by obtaining 1060 marks. The second position in the exams was obtained by Saqib Ameen who secured 1046 marks. The third position in SSC annual exams 2015 was shared by Hoor Fatima and Mushayyada Fatima by obtaining 1040 marks each.

BISE DG Khan Board announced SSC annual exams result in 2012 on 25th July and announced the position holders' name on 24th July.
According to the overall announced matric result, a total 51, 068 candidates appeared in the exams while 66.26% aspirants passed the exams. A daily wager Abdul Shakoor of Alipur public higher secondary school clinched the first position by obtaining 1020 marks. The second position in the exams was obtained by Haseeb Ahmed 1018 marks while the third position was obtained by Tayyaba Ajmal by securing 1016 marks.
