All Punjab boards canceled the Matric exams due to Coronavirus

Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education in Punjab canceled the SSC exams due to the pandemic disease of coronavirus. SSC-II annual exams 2020 were held but the schedule for the practical exams is not implemented. Now the SSC-I exams were continued, two papers (English and Biology) were taken but a press conference was held by the board officials under the supervision of the Punjab Government. The press release was organized on 14 March 2020. In this press release, the board officials made a serious announcement regarding the annual exams of SSC part I & II. According to the Punjab Government’s decision and coronavirus disease, the SSC-I exams are postponed till 5 April 2020. The chairman announced that the remaining subjects’ exams will be held according to the new redefined schedule. So, from 14 march there will be no SSC-I exam held all over Punjab. Students who had just appeared in the SSC-II exams are searching for their practical exams. The practical exams are also delayed by the boards. Students have no idea about that when the practical exams will be held. These exams schedule may be redefined in the future. The board's chairmen will make a policy regarding the SSC-I exams and SSC-II practical exams as soon as the Punjab Government will give them permission. As the exams are delayed so it is predictable that the 10th class result 2020 will also be delayed. At that time, the whole academic schedule in Punjab, as well as other provinces, is disturbed due to the coronavirus disease.
